At Marinadresstiq, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return guidelines below.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn’t quite right, you can return it to us. We only offer exchange or a credit note—no refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of purchase to:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • It arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
